Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy

This Shipping, Refunds & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through AtheAg (atheag.com) and related Services, including The Good AtheAg Newsletter and any digital or physical products we offer. This Policy is part of our overall Agreement, which also includes our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Products

  • All digital products are final sale.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital purchases (including newsletters, downloads, or subscriptions).

  • Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Physical Products

(a) Shipping

  • We partner with third-party carriers to deliver physical products.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier availability.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

(b) Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for physical products unless:

    1. The item arrives damaged, or

    2. The item is incorrect (not what you ordered).

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us at support@atheag.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the product.

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please check all details carefully before submitting your order.
